A staffing and recruiting company has a current position open for a Remote Health Care and Benefits Verification Representative in Richardson.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the Commercial Prior Authorization Department for a major healthcare company
- Meeting client expectations regarding efficiency, service levels and privacy maintenance
- Maintaining complete, timely, and accurate documentation and transferring all clinical questions to the pharmacist
