Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Health Care Community Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supervising 10-15 nurse Care Coaches
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality coaching and support
- Assisting with recruiting and interviewing of employee candidates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 or more years leadership experience with direct reports
- Ability to manage in an individual or group setting
- Clinician with 3 or more years of experience in behavioral health
- An active and unrestricted RN/LPN/LVN license valid in the state in which you will work
