Job Summary

To support a fast-growing team, the fully remote Health Care Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve billing and payment issues, and provide information regarding insurance and financial assistance in a high-tech environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues using established work queues
  • Respond professionally to requests for information from patients and account holders
  • Follow client-specific protocols while investigating and responding to inquiries
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role with public interaction
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
