Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Health Care Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues, provide information regarding insurance and financial assistance, and process payments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues using established work queues
  • Respond professionally to patient inquiries and provide thorough information
  • Follow client-specific protocols while investigating and addressing client enquiries
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role with public interaction
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening and weekend work
