Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role involving public interaction
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as needed
