Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Health Care Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues, provide information to patients, and ensure adherence to client-specific protocols in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues for clients
- Respond to patient inquiries professionally and thoroughly
- Monitor and enter payment arrangements while adhering to applicable laws
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
