Job Summary

To support a fast-growing team, the fully remote Health Care Customer Service Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve insurance inquiries, financial assistance questions, and payment processing in a high-tech environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Make and answer calls to resolve billing and payment issues while adhering to client-specific protocols
  • Respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner and gain payment arrangements on behalf of clients
  • Investigate client inquiries and monitor payment arrangements while ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role involving public contact
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare insurance preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening and Saturday work as needed
