Job Summary
A healthcare and pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Remote Health Care Management Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Screen patients using targeted intervention business rules
- Identify principal reason for admission, facility, and member product
- Monitor non-targeted cases for entry of appropriate discharge date
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have call center experience (minimum of 6 months experience)
- Proficiency in typing for keying in information and navigating in multiple systems
- Experience with computers including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology and concepts used in care management
