Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Care Quality Assurance Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the gatekeeper but more importantly the custodian of service standard
- Be the flag-bearer to raise any issue that impacts customer experience
- Design and update audit forms in line with quality guidelines for various channels
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as a QA Specialist
- Passion for data and insights
- Eye for detail and strong analytics
- Self-drive to become a process specialist
- Focus on quality and customer service
- Exceptional listening skills
