Job Summary
A health services company is in need of a Remote Health Care System Operations Support Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal desktop processes and procedures
- Research and analyze the workflow of the department and offers suggestions for improvement
- Provide regular verbal and written feedback to staff regarding work well done
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED ; Associate's or bachelor’s degree referred
- 2+ years’ experience in an administrative support role in healthcare, Medical Assistant
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
- 1+ years of supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- 3+ years’ experience in an administrative support role in healthcare, Medical Assistant preferred
