Job Summary

A media company is in need of a Remote Health Career Event Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating and executing marketing campaigns to support all career fairs
  • Working with association partners on logistics such as room setup, furniture, and more
  • Working closely with sales team to support employers participating in career fairs

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel to career fairs to manage onsite logistics (approximately 8-12 events annually)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience supporting customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Survey Gizmo, and basic HTML code
