A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Health Claims Operational Trainer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assess the training and organizational development needs
- Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials
- Provide leadership within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Medical claims processing experience utilizing Facets
- Presentation and facilitation experience
