Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Health Claims Representative in Irving.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims
- Analyzing and identifying trends and provide reports as necessary
- Consistently meeting established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 1+ years of experience in either a healthcare or pharmacy environment
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Ability to work from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday with overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
- Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure
