Job Summary

A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Health Client Payment Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Handle incoming calls from our provider clients to answer questions regarding their payments and enrollment
  • Assist providers in signing up for direct electronic funds transfer products and assist with the registration process

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • Comfort with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness in customer service situations
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and basic troubleshooting
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude
