Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Health Client Payment Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Handle incoming calls from our provider clients to answer questions regarding their payments and enrollment
- Assist providers in signing up for direct electronic funds transfer products and assist with the registration process
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma/ GED
- Comfort with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness in customer service situations
- Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and basic troubleshooting
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude
