A company is looking for a Health Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic engagement and coaching calls to support members in achieving health goals
• Coordinate care delivery with a multi-disciplinary team and track member progress
• Participate in meetings for updates and insights while adhering to schedules and caseloads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent certification
• 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in customer service
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage telephonic communication and data entry simultaneously
• Hard-wired internet connection is necessary as WIFI is not permitted
