Job Summary
A social health and wellness company is filling a position for a Remote Health Coach.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing prompt follow up to all patient questions
- Charting notes corresponding to all patient contact
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a health coach
- Excellent listening skills combined with a discipline of proactive communication with patients and across care teams
- Experience with Electronic Health Records and medical terminology
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel and G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets) skills
