Job Summary

A health and wellness company is in need of a Remote Health Coach.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide tobacco treatment education, based on clinical guidelines and health coaching best practices
  • Support clients in navigating the app-delivered, coach-guided program and CO sensor
  • Manage progress and accountability of clients’ actions in coaching portal, chat interface, and application

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A solid foundation in health coaching techniques and adult learning theories
  • Knowledge of models of motivation and behavior change science
  • Familiarity with and experience applying evidence-based tobacco dependence treatment strategies with individuals or groups
  • Technical proficiency and understanding in digital health coaching
