Job Summary
A disease management company is in need of a Remote Health Coach Registered Nurse .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Offering symptom support and answers to urgent questions
- Supporting individuals managing chronic and/or acute medical conditions
- Providing evidence-based health education and resources
Position Requirements Include:
- Graduate of an accredited professional school or college/university
- 3 or more years working as a Registered Nurse
- Technology savvy; experience using Windows-based software including the Microsoft Office suite
- Active Registered Nursing (RN) license in good standing; with ability to obtain and maintain multi-state nursing licenses, as dictated by business needs
- Excellent verbal and written skills; fluent, English/Spanish skills preferred
