Job Summary

A mental health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Connecter Team Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor provider capacity
• Coordinate and monitor new provider scheduling
• Maintain provider sheet and update regularly/as needed

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a behavioral health environment
• Background in behavioral health such as a BS in psychology, social work, or case management/coordination
• Are comfortable with technology and using different platforms simultaneously
• Are willing to continue professional development through trainings
