Job Summary
As a Remote Health Consultant, the full-time position will manage high-volume client interactions across multiple communication channels, providing empathetic guidance on body composition and health-related inquiries while contributing to process improvements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, text, and Slack, ensuring accuracy and a human touch
- Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with precision
- Answer client questions regarding nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clear and empathetic guidance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment, with familiarity in CX platforms like HubSpot, AirCall, or Zendesk preferred
- Strong knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
- Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness, with the ability to learn and explain DEXA science clearly
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating natural empathy
- US-based with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
