Remote Health Consultant

Job Summary

As a Remote Health Consultant, the full-time position will manage high-volume client interactions through various communication channels, providing empathetic guidance on health and fitness topics while contributing to process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications across phone, email, text, and Slack with accuracy and empathy
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently, often dealing with dozens per shift
• Answer client inquiries regarding nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clear and accurate information

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment, with familiarity in CX platforms like HubSpot or Zendesk preferred
• Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
• Proven ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems, passing an internal assessment within 90 days
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness, with the ability to learn and explain DEXA science
• US-based with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
