Remote Health Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Health Consultant will manage high-volume client interactions across various channels, provide empathetic guidance on health and fitness inquiries, and handle appointment scheduling while contributing to process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, text, and Slack with accuracy and empathy
• Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently
• Answer client questions regarding nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology with clarity and compassion

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of customer experience in a high-volume environment, with familiarity in CX platforms like HubSpot or Zendesk preferred
• Strong working knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
• Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness, with the ability to learn and explain DEXA science
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating natural empathy
• US-based with a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
