Job Summary

A healthcare provider has a current position open for a Remote Health Customer Solutions Expert I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing appropriate issue resolution and/or escalation when needed
  • Reviewing and adhering to all Company policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or the equivalent
  • One year billing, insurance or claims experience preferred
  • Must have minimum 1 year work experience
  • Must be proficient and comfortable in a computer-based environment
