Job Summary
A healthcare provider has a current position open for a Remote Health Customer Solutions Expert I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing appropriate issue resolution and/or escalation when needed
- Reviewing and adhering to all Company policies and procedures and the Employee Handbook
- Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Requires a High School Diploma or the equivalent
- One year billing, insurance or claims experience preferred
- Must have minimum 1 year work experience
- Must be proficient and comfortable in a computer-based environment
