Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Health Data Coding Analyst in Tampa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with Quality, Clinical, Medical Economics, and Data Science teams to develop reporting requirements
- Researching and propose targets to be used to report outcomes improvements
- Developing educational materials to effectively communicate and educate internal users on HEDIS and other coding use
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in health care or business related required
- Certification or equivalent experience in Coding (AAPC), Medical Risk Adjustment, and HEDIS
- Medicare Stars knowledge and solid understanding of project management principles
