Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Data Issue Management Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Documenting identified issues in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures and agreed upon SLAs
- Monitoring Issue Management activities and be the main point of contact for clients and operational area
- Keeping a log of recurring incidents for escalation purposes and quality oversight efforts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in science, Management, Business
- 1+ years of experience with pharmacy claims and adjudications
- Experience in PBM and/ or healthcare non-retail pharmacy setting
- Experience with data management, analysis and reporting
- Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of quality, audit, controls, and business process improvements
