Job Summary

A data and information services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Division Managing Legal Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Effectively and efficiently manage outside counsel
  • Provide strategic advice and comprehensive legal counseling
  • provide complex or specialized legal advice and services on issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Candidates are required to have both a bachelor's degree and law degree (J.D.)

  • 10 or more years of progressively responsible corporate/commercial legal experience
