Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Engineering Director in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Grow and develop an incredible team of hardworking and motivated Engineers and Engineering Managers
- Set goals and direction for the team, anticipating strategic and company scaling challenges
- Engage and lead in the end-to-end recruiting process, hiring, and onboard engineering talent
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7-10 years of engineering experience
- 4+ years of combined tech leadership and people management
- Previously led and/or managed a team of 3 or more Engineering Managers or Team Leads
- Possess a clear and engaging communication style
- Track record of building positive relationships across a broad diverse organization
