Job Summary
A health information management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Information Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving customer retention and influence account growth
- Developing and implementing bespoke workflows
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior experience being responsible for account retention and expansion
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account/Relationship Management in a B2B, SaaS or similar environment
- Technical competency and aptitude with software applications, tools, and internal systems
