Remote Health Information Data Integrity Representative

Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Health Information Data Integrity Representative.

Must be able to:

• Provide feedback on inappropriate patient creation and trends
• Update demographic data fields in system when necessary to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the EMR
• Maintain and analyze patient demographic information

Qualifications Include:

• High School Graduate
• 1 year of experience in data entry and/or medical records in a health care environment
• Proficient computer skills including proficient keyboarding skills and experiences in using Microsoft Office products
• Must have high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with time constraints
• Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and experience working with various hospital information systems
