Job Summary
A healthcare revenue cycle management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Information Management Coding Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring managed coders meet or exceed productivity standards
- Supervising and directing daily coder work schedules and work assignments
- Assisting with assessment, training and onboarding of new-hires
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Credentialed: CCS for Inpatient and CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H for Outpatient
- Experience working in an HIM department
- At least two years of medical coding experience
- Ability to comprehend and analyze large quantities of operational data.
- Must be able to use standard office equipment and information systems
