Job Summary

A health information management company is in need of a Remote Health Information Management Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the production plans which incorporates client SLAs and goals
  • Acting as an advisor to the VP, Client Success on all aspects of the organization's activities
  • Ensuring that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of its clients

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience managing client facing staff
  • 7+ years' experience of relevant healthcare industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to influence client constituents through consultative communication at all levels of client organizations
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
