Job Summary
A health information management company is in need of a Remote Health Information Management Customer Success Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the production plans which incorporates client SLAs and goals
- Acting as an advisor to the VP, Client Success on all aspects of the organization's activities
- Ensuring that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of its clients
Required Skills:
- 5+ years' experience managing client facing staff
- 7+ years' experience of relevant healthcare industry experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to influence client constituents through consultative communication at all levels of client organizations
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
