A non-profit healthcare provider has a current position open for a Remote Health Information Management Inpatient Coder.
Must be able to:
- Code inpatient accounts
- Meet defined productivity and quality standards
- Consult or query the physician for additional information
Required Skills:
- 2 years coding experience
- Educational coursework in anatomy, physiology, and current coding practices
- CCS or CIC required within 1 year of hire
- Ability to work concurrently with doctors and medical staff
