Job Summary
A digital marketing company has a current position open for a Remote Health Innovation Talent Development Director.
Must be able to:
- Conduct ongoing needs assessment and recommend targeted solutions to gaps in learning and development
- Define the strategy, clearly communicate the strategy, and then execute it
- Design robust (multi-level) evaluation strategies for measuring the results and impact of learning solutions
