Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Health Insurance Claim Design and Configuration Operations Associate.
Must be able to:
- Design and prioritize operational processes
- Lead and cross collaborate on iterative problem definition and technical design
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the plan loading process within the claims lifecycle
Required Skills:
- A bachelor's degree or 4+ years commensurate experience
- 3+ years experience in a technical role
- 3+ years experience using data software such as Excel, SQL or Python
- Experience in analytics & ability to derive insights from complex, broad datasets
- Proficiency in designing and improving workflows
