Job Summary
A health insurance technology and services company is seeking a Remote Health Insurance Claims Subject Matter Expert.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and reporting claim overpayments, underpayments, and other irregularities
- Training and mentoring claim examiners to improve performance in quality and production
- Assisting the Claim and Account Management department
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum 3 years of Claims Processing experience with self-funded health care plans
- Able to work independently, self-directed with little supervision needed
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment with goals and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
