Remote Health Insurance Client Service Representative
Job Summary
An insurance agency is in need of a Remote Health Insurance Client Service Representative .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Promptly deliver client complaints to relevant departments
- Serve as an additional resource for Account Managers
- Provide communication to clients and brokers regarding claim issue resolution
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of Medical Claims experience
- Intermediate-level work experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel Access, and PowerPoint
- Web-Based Applications skills
