Job Summary

An insurance agency is in need of a Remote Health Insurance Client Service Representative .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Promptly deliver client complaints to relevant departments
  • Serve as an additional resource for Account Managers
  • Provide communication to clients and brokers regarding claim issue resolution

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of Medical Claims experience
  • Intermediate-level work experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel Access, and PowerPoint
  • Web-Based Applications skills
