Job Summary

A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Health Insurance Customer Service Advocate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Contact care providers (doctor's offices) on behalf of the customer
  • Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • OR equivalent work experience
