A non-profit health insurance company is in need of a Remote Health Insurance Customer Service Representative 2.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving telephone, written, fax, and e-mail inquiries concerning eligibility
- Applying appropriate provisions of regulations
- Obtaining and analyzing claims data to determine specific problem area
Qualifications Include:
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience in customer service
