Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Research customer information
- Interface with customers via telephone
- Elevate sensitive customer requests when necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Two years of experience in a customer service setting
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Availability to work any assigned shift between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
- Internet access for business only (internet connection minimum of at least 10 Mbps is required)
