Remote Health Insurance Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Health Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Following up and route inquiries to correct departments for completion
- Working with highly sensitive information while maintaining Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements
- Being accountable for inbound and/or outbound phone-based customer service
Required Skills:
- One (1) year previous customer service experience
- A private, secure, distraction-free workplace to ensure PPI compliance
- High Speed Cable, DSL or Fiberoptic Internet, no less than 20 mbps
