Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Health Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Following up and route inquiries to correct departments for completion
  • Working with highly sensitive information while maintaining Personal Protected Information (PPI) requirements
  • Being accountable for inbound and/or outbound phone-based customer service

Required Skills:

  • One (1) year previous customer service experience
  • A private, secure, distraction-free workplace to ensure PPI compliance
  • High Speed Cable, DSL or Fiberoptic Internet, no less than 20 mbps
