Job Summary
A not-for-profit health insurer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Insurance Customer Support Liaison.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting Medicare supplement block of business
- Providing concierge-level customer service support to our members who may have questions
- Completing enrollments, billing functions, claims processing and engage in various retention activities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate degree OR equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience
- Must have or be able to obtain a Wisconsin health insurance sales license within 90 days of employment
- 2 or more years of experience in Claims, Customer Service, Billing and Enrollment, or Retention/Sales, OR
- 1 or more years of experience with Medicare Supplement or Prescription Drug Plan products
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
