Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Health Insurance Customer Support Representative in Green Bay.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Fielding incoming calls from insurance policy holders as well as providers
• Researching claim adjudication inquiries
• Initiating individual policy purchases

Position Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma
• 1+ years of call center experience
• 2+years of customer service or healthcare experience
• Ability to navigate between screens, having multiple windows open at the same time
