Job Summary

A health insurance and wellness company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Health Insurance Data Product Owner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Translate the business needs to technical requirements
  • Oversee all aspects of projects including conception, documentation, budgeting and reporting
  • Work directly with engineering team to refine and prioritize stories for development

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Information Systems or a related technical field or
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Visio
  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
