Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Insurance Inbound Contact Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling 30-40 inbound calls daily from members
- Recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions
- Taking action in accordance to the inquiries, comments, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Demonstrated experience with providing strong customer service
- Experience with attention to details while listening on calls
- Prior experience managing multiple or competing priorities
- Experience communicating with customers verbally and listening
- Ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office
