Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Health Insurance Inside Sales Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Achieve Retail Sales goals for all individual product lines
• Lead and develop a highly engaged, top- performing team of 15-25 Inside Sales Agents
• Sell the portfolio of products offered to prospects and members over the phone

Qualifications Include:

• Active Health Insurance license in the residing state OR the willingness AND ability to obtain within 75 days of hire date
• 2 years of leadership experience with direct reports
• 3 years of sales experience
• 2+ years call center experience
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
