Job Summary
A healthcare provider has an open position for a Remote Health Insurance Market Option Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling customer inquiries regarding health and ancillary insurance products
- Following a proven sales and quality process to assist customers
- Being available to receive inbound phone calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum education level of a high school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience
- 1 year of related experience including analyzing and problem solving for customers is required
- Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period
- State health/life license is not required at time of hire
