Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Health Insurance Member Experience Performance Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate the wants and needs of our stakeholders to all team members
- Prepare monthly and quarterly quality and performance trend reports
- Maintain and document clear and accurate logs of agent coaching history
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of Call Center Experience
- Have at least 3 years Call Center leadership experience
- Have strong administrative and computer skills
