Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Health Insurance Member Experience Performance Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate the wants and needs of our stakeholders to all team members
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly quality and performance trend reports
  • Maintain and document clear and accurate logs of agent coaching history

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Call Center Experience
  • Have at least 3 years Call Center leadership experience
  • Have strong administrative and computer skills
