Job Summary

A large staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Health Insurance Member Service Specialist in Atlanta.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Placing outbound calls to insurance members informing them of services offered within their health plan
  • Scheduling in-home doctors appointments for members
  • Recording appointment information within the computer system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ Years' experience working within a high volume call center
