Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Health Insurance Membership Analyst II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding promptly to all incoming/outgoing group/broker/internal department phone calls
- Creating written correspondence letters regarding billing and enrollment issues
- Identifying, resolving, and documenting reconciliation discrepancies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of accounting, finance, or bookkeeping experience
- 1 year of prior experience as a Membership Analyst I
- Health or insurance industry experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and an excellent math aptitude
- Ability to review, interpret, and administer contracts, policies, and procedures
