Job Summary
A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Health Insurance Network Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage all associated provider contracting and deployment of the flagship technology platform
- Formulate engagement and contracting strategies for Medicare Advantage and other Medicare programs
- Lead development and execution of network build strategy throughout identified markets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in network management, provider contracting, and/or managed care
- Experience negotiating varied managed care contracts to improve overall performance
- A great understanding of healthcare topics, such as claims processing, EHRs, and medical billing
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams against monthly targets and broader, strategic goals
- A strong analytical and quantitative background
- Well developed leadership skills and the ability to influence, collaborate and motivate others
